Remote support is easy, secure, and only you can initiate the support session! Call me and I'll walk you through it in minutes. Once connected, I can help you with your Mac as if I am sitting with you in the comfort of your own home or office.

- Mac HelpMate software is FREE.

- Mac OS X 10.3.x or greater.
- No technical expertise is required. Just open and click my business card.

DOWNLOAD MAC HELPMATE
TO INSTALL MAC HELPMATE
- Once downloaded, double-click the MacHelpMatev3.zip file if it hasn't automatically expanded. Be aware newer Systems and Web Browsers place files in the Downloads folder inside your Home Folder rather than on your desktop.
- You will see the Mac HelpMate application file (Red Cross Icon) on your desktop or in your Downloads folder. Move this file into your Applications folder.
- Throw away the .zip file and you're done.
- When ready to use, go back to Applications Folder and double click Mac HelpMate.
- When you need help give me a call, and I'll walk you through the rest in seconds!
